We understand having an aesthetic treatment can feel daunting. Here are some of your most frequently asked questions and answers. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have more queries
Bruising and swelling are common side effects of any aesthetic treatment. You have thousands of tiny capillaries and larger blood vessels in the face, this means there may be a chance of bruising. Please ensure you plan your treatment for a period of time when you do not have any upcoming events. Please get in touch for more information about the recovery periods and we can advise accordingly.
You must be aged 18 years or over. It is against the law to treat anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. You may be asked to provide ID prior to treatment.
You are unable to receive any treatment whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
We understand that clients can be nervous having an aesthetic treatment. Please let us know if you have a phobia of needles. In some cases, we can allow additional time to help you relax and settle in before the treatment. We are here to help you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.
You can book your appointment by clicking the ‘Browse & Book’ button at the top of the page. This will redirect you to our booking system. You then select the treatment that you require and look for a date and time that is convenient for you.
Fresha processes payments securely with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club.
Payl8r & Klarna options are also available. Finance options over 3, 6, 9 & 12 months can be arranged. 10% is added to the cost of the treatment for all Payl8r finance options. Please get in touch for more details.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
